Some years ago while teaching art to children at a local school in St.John's I decided to organize an exhibit of children's work called, Loving Kindness. As a result of this
a  very talented lady  I know put together this flash piece which I never grow tired of seeing.  The children's work is a remarkable expression of compassion and innocence's.

Wall Hanging

This is a wall hanging I was making for the  Christmas Tea and Sale for the Anna Templeton Centre.  The piece was a  fund raiser for the centre.  Phillipa Jones ,who works in the office at school was amazing with procuring donations for the piece.  Congratulations to the winner!

I will be teaching a class in Fabric Collage this evening at the Anna Templeton Centre,  which I  am so excited about.  I will  start a on line  photo journal and regular updates on the class, so stay tuned.

This picture was taken in Upper Amherst Cove a few years ago.  Susan Ferneaux was teaching a crowd of students natural  dye techniques.  If I'm not mistaken this wool went to Lauri Patterson.
